A winner of both the USA and World championships in hurdle events, Lolo Jones has reached her current position after many years of hard work and an immense patience. Jones grew up with an extremely difficult and hardship-filled life being the daughter of a single mother with five children. Jones started her professional career in college as one the best hurdlers. She won the 100-meter hurdles in the 2002 NCAA Track & Field Championship. Jones was also a member of the second-placed team in the 100-meter Relay event. Jones has been the NCAA Champion indoor hurdler in both the year 2003 as well as 2014. Jones' career began in 2005 after she completed her bachelor's degree. She began to train for a successful track career. In the same year, she was the winner of in the Torino Memorial Event, while in 2026 she took home the Ostrava Track race and Heusden.

Brandt was raised and born in Cape Town in South Africa. She immigrated to Auckland New Zealand with her family when she was in her teens. She began her career in Auckland as a retail store owner after which she was made an IT manager consultant. Lesley's first job was a few model projects.
